Once your account is verified, you will be able to fund your account with fiat currency (CAD) or cryptocurrency.
Desktop Web App (Browser) View:
To start, click on the "Transfer" tab in the left navigation bar and you will be presented with the available funding options.
Mobile Web App (Browser) View:
In the top right hand corner, click the menu button then navigate to the "Transfer" tab.
From here, you can scroll down to see the crypto funding method.
Mobile App View:
At the bottom of the page, select the the "Transfer" tab.
From here, select "Crypto."
Deposit Crypto
To switch between cryptocurrencies using a browser you can scroll through and select the coin you are interested in. On the mobile app, select the drop-down arrow under 'Cryptocurrency'.
You will see the types of cryptocurrency you can fund your account with and your unique deposit address for each. Simply send the coins to the deposit address shown to fund your account.
Pro tips: Do not type in the wallet address manually as it increases the likelihood of human error. Always scan the QR code or copy and paste the wallet address.
Warning
⚠️ Cryptocurrencies that are not deposited in the appropriate deposit address will not be funded to the account. Before sending any cryptocurrency to fund your account, always double-check the cryptocurrency's respective deposit address is correct under "Fund" > "Deposit Crypto".
⚠️ Coins that are sent to the incorrect address are irretrievable and will result in loss of funds.
Note: When sending funds to your Netcoins account, please ensure that you are sending the coins on a supported network. For a full list of supported networks, please refer to this article here.
Important notes for each cryptocurrency funding
For all coins - We do not support TRC-20, BNB, BSC, or OMNI networks.
XRP -The minimum XRP to fund your account is 20 XRP.
ETH - We do not support Token Multisender.
