Face liveness is a portion of the verification process that ensures that the individual registering for the account is, in fact, the individual on the photo ID document. This mitigates fraud and ensures the safety and security of our customers. To pass the face liveness portion of the verification, you will need to have a working web or mobile camera.
Usually, when you get to this part of the verification, a small window will pop up asking you to allow camera access. If for some reason your web or mobile camera wasn't switched on automatically, or it simply is not working, please try following these steps to get it working:
Chrome (computer)
When you initially go through the verification process, your browser will prompt you to provide access to your camera. Please select Allow.
If you accidentally blocked the camera, to re-enable a blocked camera in Chrome, you should follow these steps:
1. Click the camera icon in the address bar.
2. Select "Always allow https://netcoins.app to access your camera".
3. Click Done.
4. Refresh the browser page.
Safari (computer)
When Safari asks you to allow access to your device's camera, please allow it.
To re-enable a blocked camera in Safari, you should follow these steps:
1. Go to Safari and then select Preferences.
2. Click Websites.
3. Go to the Camera tab in the side menu and allow your service provider to access the camera.
4. Close the Preferences window and refresh the browser page.
Chrome (mobile/tablet)
When you initially go through the verification procedure, you will be prompted to provide access to your camera. Please select Allow.
To re-enable a blocked camera, you should follow these steps:
1. In the browser, tap the lock icon located in the address bar.
2. Tap Site settings.
3. Tap Clear & reset and confirm your action in the window that opens.
4. Refresh the page that opens and tap Allow.
If this doesn't help, make sure that the Chrome app has access to your camera. If you are unsure whether this is the case, you should follow these steps:
1. On your device, open Settings.
2. Tap Apps > Chrome > Permissions.
3. Make sure that the Camera permission is switched on.

4. Return to the browser and refresh the page.
Safari (mobile/tablet)
To get verified on iOS devices, you need to allow access to your webcam. Please be sure to tap Allow when prompted.
To re-enable a blocked camera, you should follow these steps:
1. Refresh the Safari tab.
2. When the alert appears, requesting camera access, tap Allow.
If this doesn't help, you should check that camera access is enabled:
1. Open Settings and tap Safari.
2. Scroll down to the Settings for websites and then tap Camera.
3. Make sure that Ask or Allow is checked for your service provider.
4. Refresh the Safari tab and tap Allow if prompted.
"No camera found/ready to use" error
To fix a "No camera found/ready to use" error, please make sure that:
1. The camera is not currently being used by another application.
2. In the browser settings, there is permission to use the camera.
3. Your Internet connection is working.
If it still does not work after checking the browser permissions to use the camera, please reset the browser. If this doesn't work, try resetting the device by turning it off, and then powering it back on and trying again.
Note: If you are using a tablet, the camera may not work in landscape mode. Make sure to have your tablet in portrait mode and try again.
