How should I disclose my affiliate relationship?
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Netcoins in all promotional materials, such as social media posts, blogs, and websites, per applicable disclosure requirements.
Can I use Netcoins’ logos and trademarks?
Yes, you may use Netcoins’ logos, trademarks, and marketing materials only as per provided brand guidelines and solely for promoting the Affiliate Program.
How long does the Affiliate Agreement last?
The Agreement is effective upon signing and continues until terminated by either party with 7 days’ written notice or immediately by Netcoins for breaches or fraud.
What happens upon termination of the Agreement?
You must remove all Netcoins branding and links. Eligible commissions will be paid within 30 days unless withheld due to a breach or dispute.
Does Netcoins monitor affiliate activities?

What laws must affiliates comply with?
Affiliates must comply with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), Advertising Standards Canada (ASC) guidelines, and local/federal securities, crypto, and consumer protection laws.
What happens to Netcoins’ intellectual property after termination?
You must stop using Netcoins’ logos, trademarks, and materials. All rights remain with Netcoins, and only limited use is permitted during the Agreement.

How are disputes resolved under the Agreement?
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC, under the Arbitration Act (British Columbia), conducted in English.
