What happens to my existing cards?
Your existing Visa cards will be automatically deactivated as soon as you activate your new Mastercard. Make sure you switch over any recurring payments to your new card. If you do not order a Mastercard, your Visa will no longer function after January 2023.
Will my Mastercard be different?
Your Mastercard will have a new number, security code and expiry but it will have the same perks as your Visa. If you joined with an intro offer, you’ll continue to earn the same rewards until the 3 months since your account was created has elapsed.

What do I have to do?
Select ‘Switch to Mastermard’ in your Netcoins Pay dashboard, confirm your name and address, accept the terms and conditions and order your new card(s).
