We understand that sometimes you change your mind after completing a withdrawal or transaction. However, typically once a withdrawal is requested or confirmed, they cannot be cancelled. It is crucial that the user double-check on their end before they complete any transactions or withdrawal requests. Please see below for more details on the different withdrawal types.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of cryptocurrency, transactions are irreversible so you cannot cancel buy/sell transactions, or crypto withdrawals once they've been confirmed. If you completed the withdrawal but have yet to see it in the destination wallet address, please refer to our support article here on how to check your withdrawal status.
E-transfer: You cannot cancel an e-transfer withdrawal. Once you submit an e-transfer withdrawal request, the CAD amount is deducted from your Netcoins account and the e-transfer is sent to your registered email address automatically. If you change your mind after completing the withdrawal, you will need to accept the e-transfer to your bank account and then fund your account again. Bank wire - To cancel your bank wire withdrawal, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All bank wire withdrawals are processed within Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm PST. We will do our best to cancel the wire withdrawal as long as it has not already been processed, however, there is no guarantee that you will be successful in cancelling your wire withdrawal once submitted. Please always double-check the amount prior to submitting the request.
