We completely understand the need to fund from your business account, or from a joint bank account you hold with your spouse, family member, etc. and we do allow this, as long as you have been verified to do so.
Before users can fund from their business account or joint account, the user must pass advanced verification on their account and provide supporting documents. These are one-time requests, and once we receive all the necessary documentation, the user will be able to fund from the business or joint account moving forward.
If you have not yet passed advanced verification and gone through the ID upload process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you are looking to fund from your business account or joint account, and we will make the necessary changes to begin the process and prompt you for advanced verification upon your next login.
