Users need to add their Netcoins account number to the message/memo field of their e-transfer in order for the funds to be allocated to their account. Please keep in mind that failure to include the account number in the memo/message will result in delayed funding as these need to be verified and processed manually by our team.
If you forgot to add your account number to the memo/message of the e-transfer, you will need to contact us via email at email@example.com and include the following information:
1) The name on the bank account you are sending the e-transfer from.
3) A screenshot of the e-transfer confirmation email that was sent to you by your bank (see example below). If you did not receive the following email, please send us a screenshot of the details of the specific e-transfer from your online banking. The details can usually be found under e-transfer history. The screenshot must have the date, the recipient name and email, the amount, status, and the confirmation visible.
Once we receive all of the above, our team will look into the e-transfer and get back to you during business hours, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm PST.
